Infill

Envirofill® is a high performing infill for high-performance athletes. The naturally occurring sand has unique properties that closely simulate the feel of a natural grass field while its patented coating locks out dust, moisture and bacteria.

What's so special about our sand?
Envirofill gets its strength and high-performance from its unique, rounded core. This particular rare quartz is from the geologic Hickory Formation - found only in the heart of Texas.

Firm, fast field. With Envirofill®, your athletes will experience firm, stable footing that is much more like natural grass. When coupled with an energy absorbing pad, the system has excellent Gmax scores so it's quite forgiving - but only when it needs to be.

It's tough, not abrasive. Its unique, highly-rounded shape resists compaction which keeps your field playable throughout its life. The shape of the sand also gives Envirofill a low abrasive index - not what you would expect from your typical sand but as you will find, this sand is anything but typical.

It's cool. Its natural heat reducing properties signifcantly lower surface temperatures and reduce player fatigue. In infill heat build-up studies, clear coated Envirofill® tested 80 degrees cooler than black crumb rubber and has proven to lower outdoor playing surfaces as much as 20% compared to crumb rubber.

It's as safe as sand. Envirofill® is non-toxic, odorless and heavy metal free. When coupled with an energy absorbing pad, the system has excellent Gmax scores.

Recyclability. With a 20 year warranty and its inherent recyclability, Envirofill® has the potential to be reused as infill long after the turf wears out.
