Sports Layer
ALVEOSPORT® Technical Sports Layer is an innovative technical foam layer that is the foundation of top performing fields. The pad contributes to maintaining key field performance values, including ball bounce/roll, energy restitution, shock absorption and deformation.
Firm yet resilient. When coupled with a non-elastic infill such as Envirofill®, the ideal combination of playability, comfort and safety is achieved.
Unique foam. The pad is constructed of a closed cell, cross-liked polyolefin foam which won't hold water or harbor bacteria, so you can be comfortable knowing what lies beneath your feet.
Virgin material. ALVEOSPORT® Technical Sports Layer is horizontally extruded from virgin material which results in unsurpassed consistency in its physical characteristics and performance attributes.
Patented design. ALVEOSPORT® Technical Sports Layer's unique three dimensional flow-through design allows for rapid horizontal and vertical drainage.
Easy Installation. Many pads will shrink and swell with fluctuations in temperature, causing havoc with installation. ALVEOSPORT® Technical Sports Layer's unique grooves act like expansion joints, so temperature-induced movements do not alter the footprint's overall dimensions. The pad comes in rolls and is easily carried.
Recyclability. The material will last two field cycles and can be recycled at the end of its life.
